The Centre for East European Studies on December 13-14 2014 organized a IInd „Eastern Studies” Alumni Reunion. Studium Europy Wschodniej Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego w dniach 13 i 14 grudnia 2014 r. zorganizowało Drugi Zjazd Absolwentów „Studiów Wschodnich”. It marked 15th anniversary of the first graduates receiving their MA diplomas.

The Reunion began on the 13th December during a special meeting with the Authorities of the University of Warsaw. Director Malicki awarded the best graduates of the „Eastern Studies” years 2009-2012. The first day of the Reunion was ended with a joint dinner and party.

The second day of the Reunion was started with a conference „Forging of the Specialists… – „Eastern Studies” Graduates”. Alumni presented their papers concerning different problems connected with East-Central Europe.

A special souvenir – „Index” Alumni Album with pictures, titles of MA thesis and other information about all „Eastern Studies” graduates. It also contains information about the Centre and its lecturers.
