On November 9, 2017, took place the premiere of the newest book published by the Centre for East European Studies.

The book is titled „Historia est testis temporum” and is dedicated to three distinguished professors: Richard Pipes, Piotr Wandycz, Zbigniew Wójcik. The ceremony, conducted by prof. Leszek Zasztowt was attended by:

• dir Jan Malicki
• prof. Teresa Chynczewska-Hennel
• prof. Wojciech Materski
• prof. Henryk Litwin,
• prof. Marek Kornat

The speakers talked about the outstanding merits of these scholars and about their lives and relationships with others.
