On October 26-27, 2018, the 3rd reunion of the Eastern Studies alumni took place. Over one hundred and twenty CEES alumni met to exchange their experiences, talk about their career and perspectives, and reminisce about not so distant, student times. The reunion was opened by the academy on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the Eastern Studies of the University of Warsaw. After the academy, the participants of the reunion went to Jadwisin, where the 12th Promethean conference entitled „20 Years of Eastern Studies at the University of Warsaw” took place. The special guest of the conference was prof. Jerzy Buzek.
