The forum aims at highlighting how freedom and liberty can inspire and shape the developments in Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on Belarus, Ukraine and the Baltics, and advance collaboration and engagement among Europe and with the U.S. on freedom and liberty.

The event will gather political leaders, renowned lawyers, freedom activists, historians and other speakers in the field of foreign policy, law, history and social affairs. Law, politics, human rights and history experts from all over the world will speak at the international forum. The event will be attended by the Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the first Polish Prime Minister Hanna Suchocka, President of the Court of Justice of the European Union Koen Lenaerts, Deputy Chairman of the Defense Committee of the German Parliament Karl Lamers, US security expert Ian Brzezinski, Central European University Rector Michael Ignatieff and many others. We strongly believe that this event organized with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania will contribute to supporting freedom and democracy in Belarus, Europe and in the world and advance collaboration and engagement between Europe and the U.S., thereby making the values Kosciuszko fought for a living and enduring legacy.
