The 3rd day of the conference began with 3 sessions:

  • Transformastion of political systems and historical memory
  • Hybrid aggresion
  • Belarus between East and West

After the sessions the Second Special Meeting of the Warsaw East European Conference took place. This time the meeting was entirely dedicated to Polish-Ukrainian relations. „What’s new in Polish-Ukrainian relations”, organized in cooperation with the Polish-Ukrainian Partnership Forum, gathered a wide audience interested in the topic. Among the speakers of the meeting were Vitaly Portnikov, Ihor Tsependa, Jan Malicki and Paweł Kowal. In addiction, The Ambassador of Ukraine in Poland, Mr Andrij Deszczycja and Dr Przemysław Żurawski vel Grajewski participated in the discussion.

The conference`s third day ended the Round Table meeting, which was dedicated to relations between Poland and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe with Israel and the Middle East. The participants of the Round Table: Piotr Puchta, Agnieszka Magdziak-Miszewska, Laurence Weinbaum and Bogdan Grzeloński.
