The 16th East European Winter School has already begun. The school’s opening ceremony was traditionally led by Jan Malicki, the director of Centre for East European Studies. The inaugural lecture entitled „Lublin Union 1569 and its consequences for Central and Eastern Europe” was given by Amb. Henryk Litwin.
